START WITH WHAT’S HAPPENING NOW
You might be doing your job, showing up for your family, and keeping life moving. That doesn’t mean everything feels okay.
Maybe you’ve tried pushing through, keeping busy, or promising yourself you’ll react differently next time. When the same patterns keep coming back, getting another perspective can help.
You don’t need a diagnosis—or the perfect words—to start a conversation.

Stress follows you home. You’re worn out, but relaxing still feels difficult.
You want to communicate differently, especially with the people who matter most.
Feeling low, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next can be hard to explain.
Work, relationships, and expectations can leave little room to work out what you need.
